Estimates, not advice
Our calculators give estimates based on the rates and the figures you enter. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important figures with HMRC, your lender or a regulated adviser before you act on them.
Accuracy
We check every rate against GOV.UK and HMRC and show when each calculator was last checked, but rates change and mistakes can happen. If you spot one, please tell us.
Using the site
You may use the calculators and link to any page for free. Please do not copy the site or its content in bulk.

Your inputs and results
