## Hire purchase, PCP or a loan?

With hire purchase or a car loan you own the car once the last payment is made. PCP has lower monthly payments but a large optional final payment.
A longer term lowers each payment but raises the total interest. We turn the APR into a monthly rate the way lenders do, so the payment matches a typical quote.
